Missing Person Found
You may recall my article last week about a missing person. Ben worked for AIG and we dealt with Ben nearly on a regular basis especially during my september renewal for a number of utility clients. He was missing whilst rowing around the Yarra and his body has been found on Sunday morning just before 8am not far from where he was found missing about a week ago.
Ben's funeral will be held on Monday, 24 October 2005 at St John's Church, Toorak. We, from Marsh will be coming to pay our last respect to Ben next week.
The following paragraph was taken from The Sunday Herald Sun dated 16 October 2005:
THE body of a missing rower was found yesterday in the Yarra River.
Ben Robert Stevenson, 26, of South Yarra, had been missing for almost a week. He was rowing a single scull skiff last Sunday when he failed to return to Richmond Rowing Club during a warm-up for time trials.
The body was found shortly before 8am
